The goal of this program
is to provide parents in Highland County the opportunity to have a home
visit by a registered nurse within 3 weeks after delivery. The
visit will provide time to answer questions regarding the health status of
the mother and new baby and provide referrals to additional support and
services in the county which will enable the family to be off to the best
possible start in life.
