Project ACCEPT U is a stop smoking program that utilizes the American Cancer Society's Freshstart model.  The program offers a two week program and involves four sessions.

WHY Freshstart?

The Freshstart program emphasizes that to quit smoking you must encounter a two step process: (1) Stopping and (2) Stay stopped.
The Freshstart program will:
· Give you concrete ways to handle two major        obstacles for many ex-smokers: weight control and stress management.
· Reinforce that You are the key to your own fresh start.
· Give you effective tools to use while you stop yourself from smoking.

The next 4 sessions will be offered on:

June
2, 9, 16,  and 23
3:30 p.m.
at the
North High Business Center

If you are a smoker and you attend the free four sessions you will receive:  Positive putty, a cookbook, a pedometer, and a
Successories portfolio.
